PBL Approach

I relate the knowledge of the subject with current industrial needs, day to day life activities. Thus they find the study of the subject interesting not merely to pass the course but to learn how this knowledge gained could be applied in many other related disciplines.

Mentorship

I strongly believe in the importance of education in society, and teaching has provided me with gratifying experiences during my attachments. I believe the knowledge we accumulate as practitioners and researchers is only valuable if shared with others.

Effective teaching/learning practices are evidence-based teaching strategies implemented with fidelity and informed through data to produce positive, sustained results for every student. Research suggests that making mistakes when learning can actually help improve outcomes, especially if you correct your error and take the time to understand why it happened.
